"Phenomenal Tutor"
As the review title reads, Judy is phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable of all of the MBE and MEE Topics (no surprise here but still needs to be said) and relays the information in a way that is easy to follow and understand. At the beginning of your bar prep with Judy, she meets with you to discuss individual goals and helps you create a study plan that will help to complete these goals. Initially, we met 4x weekly with a group, which was extremely helpful for learning purposes. Closer to the exam, we met daily to re-review MBE and MEE topics. Before our weekly meetings, we had reading assignments that helped with learning the black letter law. During our meetings, we reviewed NCBE released questions where Judy taught us what to look for when tackling each question by topic. I found this very helpful in my MBE practice. We also reviewed several MEEs, going through them as a class, which was also helpful for my learning and understanding. I really appreciated Judy's encouragement throughout prep. She would consistently do a check-in to ask us, individually, how we were doing and always gave the best pep talks! These pep talks were always welcome because, as some of you know, bar prep is exhausting and some days, it is easy to feel like you want to give up. So, thanks Judy for always keeping our heads in the game. Moreover, we did a set number of MBE questions daily and were assigned essays to submit for review. Judy also helped us with the MPT, providing different templates for the most common MPT tasks. Some of my favorite classes were the ones where Judy would provide us with tricks on how to answer certain MBE questions; this helped on the test. When testing, I would literally remember the certain lesson or something Judy said that helped me choose my answer. I could go on and on about how great Judy is and why you should undergo bar preparation with her; but honestly, you have to find out for yourself. You will not be disappointed if you follow her game plan and keep up and do the work. Go for it!
