Judy is a founding Manager and Tutor with Vincent-Pope Tutoring, LLC. After obtaining a B.A. Degree in French and a certification in French Phonetics from University College, London (UCL) , she became a certified teacher of English as a Foreign Language, and has taught for over 25 years, both to adults and children, at all levels and in a variety of settings including the University of Bordeaux , France; the French National School for the Judiciary (Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature) , the national training institute for French judges and public prosecutors; the Center for the Professional Training of Attorneys in Bordeaux, France (Centre Regional de Formation Professionnelle des Avocats) ; several private language schools; the public school sector in France; and the private school sector in England.
Judy also has Master's Degrees in Law from the Sorbonne University, France, and The College of William and Mary in Virginia. She is President and Founder of Vincent-Pope Law Firm, P.A., which has offices in Cary and Raleigh, North Carolina, and has been a licensed North Carolina attorney since 2003. She became licensed as an attorney in Belgium in 2000, and as a lawyer in England and Wales in 2014.
Judy is an AV Rated Attorney, in the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings, the highest possible rating for an attorney for both ethical standards and legal ability.
